Gluten-Free Banana Muffins

These muffins are made with an all-purpose gluten-free flour making them safe for people with Celiac Desease, and well and people who are gluten intolerant.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup gluten-free all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat to 375, Bake at 350
  • Mash Bananas
  • Mix melted butter, sugars, vanilla extract, egg into bananas
  • Add flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon
  • Mix until dry ingredients are absorbed, don't over mix
  • Grease muffin tray with butter, add batter
  • Place muffin tray in over and reduce heat to 350 F
  • Bake for 35 minutes
